He has led organizations with operational responsibilities exceeding $100 million, managed teams of more than 2,500 people, and helped clients and employers achieve measurable growth through leadership development and operational excellence.

Denver is passionate about helping people discover their God-given purpose, grow as leaders, strengthen their families, and live courageously for Christ. He and his wife, Melanie, began attending Westside Leavenworth in the summer of 2025, and Denver joined the church staff in June 2026. They are grateful to serve the Westside family and are excited to welcome their first child in July 2026.
