Creating Space for What God Is Doing
God is doing something exciting in our church family. Over the past season, we have continued to see steady growth—not only in our worship gatherings, but in kids, students, groups, and new families finding a spiritual home here. With that growth has come a wonderful challenge: we are now regularly maxing out both our parking and our facility capacity during our morning services.
Because of this, we have been prayerfully considering how to create more margin so we can continue welcoming people well. One of the most practical steps we can take right now, while we are unable to expand our facilities, is to adjust the start time of our first service. Beginning December 7, our first service will move from 8:15am to 8:00am.
That 15-minute shift may seem small, but it makes a significant difference. It gives us more breathing room between services, making the turnaround of people, parking, and ministry teams far more manageable. It also helps ensure that guests experience a warm, unhurried environment from the moment they arrive—something we deeply value as part of our mission to help people find and follow Jesus.
We know this change will require some adjustment, especially for those who serve on Sunday mornings. To our leaders who faithfully serve week after week: thank you. We are grateful for your flexibility and your heart for the kingdom. Please take a moment to connect with your ministry team leader to confirm any changes to your call time or pre-service responsibilities.
This shift is another step in stewarding the growth God has entrusted to us. Thank you for embracing the change with grace and helping us create space for even more people to encounter Jesus.
