Living on mission means embracing and embodying what it means to follow Jesus by loving Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and sharing Jesus wherever you are sent.

While being a part of Westside, we hope you have discovered the joy and fulfillment in this life-giving calling to follow Jesus by living out this mission.

 One of the best ways we’ve learned to share Jesus is to engage in B.L.E.S.S. wherever we live.

• Begin with prayer by asking God, “In whose life are you already working, and how can I join you?”

• Listen to the people around you and for how God is working in them.

• Eat together There is something spiritually powerful when you share a meal or drink with someone.

• Serve them As you engage in BLESS, you will discover an opportunity in which you can serve them.

• Share your Jesus story Your story about trusting in Jesus is powerful. Sharing it with others unlocks the opportunity to also share Jesus’ story with them.
