GriefShare

Meets: Sundays @ 6:00pm, in The Landing
Leader: Bridget Campbell

Key Word: Grief

Grief looks different for everyone, and there is no single “right” way to experience it. You may feel angry, regretful, depressed, or unsure of how to begin healing. You might even feel as though you’re moving through each day in a fog. These reactions are normal. Although your experience is personal, you are not alone—others are facing many of the same challenges.

It can be tempting to avoid painful emotions or feel pressured to move on before you’re ready. But healing doesn’t come from ignoring grief; it comes from working through it with time, care, and support. GriefShare offers practical resources to help you find comfort, hope, and greater stability along the way.

Grief is not a journey you have to walk alone. Even when it feels like no one understands, connecting with people who have experienced loss can be an important part of healing. GriefShare provides a safe, caring place to share, receive encouragement, and find support.
